Asolo Prosecco DOCG Superiore

Asolo Prosecco DOCG Superiore is unlike any other mass produced Prosecco DOC. The appellation of origin of the wine is limited to the surrounding areas of the village of Asolo in Veneto, a town embraced by medieval architecture and sun-kissed hills. The vineyards in Asolo expose the Glera grapes in cooler temperatures in the morning, gradually warming up throughout the day. This gentle shift of temperature results in a more gradual ripening of the grapes, preserving more of its acidity.
